Uncle Victory

Ex-con Chen Shengli (Huang Haibo) is released back into the world after 10 years in prison, and returns to an old theatre he owns. A bankrupt kindergarten now occupies the space and, determined to build a new life for himself, Shengli decides to run it with the assistance of a nurse (Zhang Xinyi) who also works as a dancer. But Shengli's desired narrative of personal redemption and normality is threatened by former business associates, who just won’t let old grudges die.
